I hope Carle Health knows they have employees who utilize their phones while on the clock to make personal calls that include yelling, screaming, and cursing at people. Ms. Criss, your behavior is absolutely wild.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Was referred here almost a year ago. Most illnesses take multiple visits only to end up being referred someplace else every single time.. Twice in n the last 5 months, multiple visits over the course of months only to be told I needed to go to emergency department. Be sure you show up 15 minutes before your appointment only to sit in one of the rooms waiting sometimes up to an hour for a doctor multiple times. Within a month I supposedly shrank 2 inches. Within 12 days I supposedly lost 17 lbs then gained it back. When I questioned it, I was told their scales were correct. SURE MAKES SENSE TO ME. To bad they dont bill you unless they actually cure you without sending you someplace else. I wouldn't of had to pay a dime. It used to be the Pekin hospital was the only one to stay away from. Not anymore!!!!!. Thanks for nothing but a wasted 8 months and empty wallet

Today I brought my 3 year old daughter in. She was already in a rough mood due to RSV and pneumonia she’s recovering from still. She got even more upset I told her no to running around the waiting area because I noticed a newborn and other small children and I know in some cases RSV can be deadly especially to young babies. So I told her no. Naturally she had a tantrum for a few minutes. My daughter is on the spectrum so this is natural. I stand firm with her though for she is higher functioning and just likes to try to push me around. She bites kicks hits scratches screams. I calmed her down and got her into the patient room. This room (F6) was beyond FILTHY!!!!!!!! She has been sick numerous times this year so I told her no to playing and sitting on the floor because that’s what she was trying to do. The amount of built up dirt I could see on this floor was beyond ridiculous for a doctors office. So I had a fight for my life with my toddler throwing a tantrum. Any other doctors office I have been to always sends a nurse in to try to help me comfort her. This is my only child so I’m still learning too. I had no one try to offer me anything to ease her and I’m not a parent to stick

I’ve had 2 appointments cancelled within 2 months. I’m starting to think they do this to keep people from using this location. I also haven’t had the best experiences with the staff. They make it very clear you are not valued at times. I really hope things will get back to the way it use to be. I pay too much money in insurance to keep having my appointments cancelled

The worst medical place I’ve ever been, doctors act non-ethically, unprofessional, they keep canceling appointments constantly, false promises to a patient, the receptionists are rude, hang up on you without reason. They make you feel frustrated and treat you like trash because there is always a problem with these people. It seems the administration doesn’t care at all to get it organized - you can see that they even don’t bother to react to these complaining patients reviews. No their feedback on here whatsoever! I regret that I had to visit this place and wouldn’t recommend going to this office. If I could’ve gave negative amount of starts I definitely would’ve.
